At Pop-A-Shot, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If your arcade basketball game isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully disassemble the unit and place all components, hardware, and accessories back into the original manufacturer's box to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once we inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
